We, just started using I'd Cut That and we have only had one big snowfall to date; but having said that Jason seems super keen and very customer service oriented. They went above and beyond on their first large effort and even starting the process with them was quite seamless. Hard to find people that care as much as they seem to these days. Look forward to having them service our house this year.
