1) Showed up on time. 2) Chiseled off mortar from old tiles and wall and re-applied. 3) Came back the following day to do the grout as I had supplied 24 hour setting mortar. 4) Cleaned out driveway catch basin and installed a screen to prevent debris build up. 5) Patched about a half dozen holes in the wall of basement apartment. 6) Sanded and painted over repaired areas. 7) Properly positioned rear lit bathroom mirror so it seated properly. 8) Hung up the summer tires in my garage. 9) Left all work areas clean and tidy. Russell tells me he is just starting his company. I think he will do well because the man is a professional. You can see it in his work and his work habits. I will definitely hire Lacaden Renovations for future projects. Jerry Roos Homeowner Bloor West Village

The fireplace required repair because it would not shut off once it was turned on. Also, the remote was not working. This repair and replacement/set-up of the remote was completed in a professional, timely and courteous manner.

In January my wife and I contracted Parada Kitchens & Baths to build a new kitchen and new bathroom in our basement so our daughter could have her own apartment. The house is twenty three years old and the basement was already finished with and existing 4 piece washroom, however; my daughter wanted a more modern look than what was there. It meant ripping out the bathtub, shower, sink and toilet and electrical fixtures and replacing them with a tiled shower enclosure, toilet, vanity and new lighting. The kitchen had to be created to fill a space that had some roughed in features such as water access and electrical for a stove. More power had to be supplied for the laundry washer/dryer as well as the for the induction cooktop, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Eno, of Parada Kitchens & Baths, made up several designs for the kitchen before we settled on the final concept. And even though there was a change at the end, when everything was installed, he was gracious enough to accommodate an addition to the plan that really brought the project together. We are delighted by the final results. My daughter loves her new kitchen and especially her bathroom, which because it is a rather small space, presented its own design and installation challenges. We joke that she now has a nicer kitchen than ours upstairs. Well, when we are ready to remodel it, Parada will definitely get the job. They came in on budget and showed up every day and got the job done in a scheduled time frame. We are so pleased with the results and their work ethic that I have no hesitation in recommending Parada Kitchens & Baths to my friends and family. Jerry Roos
