My 8 year old Bosch dual fuel oven was over heating regardless of what temperature it was set to, giving me error code E115 and locking the oven door as a safety feature. After doing a thorough inspection of the problem, the technician determined that main control board to be replaced. I called Elite on Monday, the technician arrived on Tuesday to do the diagnostic, he ordered the board that arrived on Friday and then he returned on Saturday to complete the work. I am quite satisfied with the work and the speed of service, but most of all the pleasant demeanour and professionalism of Jankin the technician. (work order number :504435)
