Dan is fabulous! He is very thorough and helpful. He helped fix a leak from a blocked condensate trap on the furnace, and replaced a kinked drainpipe from the condensate pump. He also installed a new vent opening into a bedroom and tried to troubleshoot air flow issues with old/small ductwork in our old house. I would highly recommend him.
I booked an air conditioner service call, and the tech was very courteous and helpful. But he forgot to give me a discount from a coupon I gave him, and had already run through the credit card and couldn't undo it. The office never got back to me to refund the $15 difference even after I called to remind them. In addition, although the tech had said that they could help me with opening up a duct vent into a bedroom instead of the hallway (basically cutting a hole on one side of the wall and patching the other side of the wall), I called the office and was told abruptly that they don't do HVAC ductwork and could not recommend anyone who could do that type of work.
Beechmount replaced our pool liner this summer for a very competitive price compared to other quotes. Ryan is very knowledgeable, and the staff are helpful. They also provide full maintenance packages as well as sell pool and spa chemicals and accessories. Would definitely recommend them.
Mike arrived early to get a head start on the inspection. He was friendly, approachable, extremely thorough, and had amazing attention to detail. He was also able to explain things very clearly. Knowing we were first-time home buyers, he gave us some excellent suggestions on routine home maintenance. He was very professional, and provided a detailed inspection report within a few hours. We were extremely happy with his inspection, and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone.
