Installation of unit was very poorly done. The opening for air condition was bigger than the new unit and they didnt have nothing to accommodate that so it just gap between front and the back which I can provide in the picture. I think that you should at least compensate me for some.. now I have to hire somebody to do the job that should have been done by your company. Im not happy with that. Lora
