Joe came to look at the bird noise problem. It was a complete pleasure to deal with him. He not only fixed the issue for a reasonable amount which was less than the quote but he also identified a mouse issue and provided inspection, sealed access and installed bait stations at no cost. Thank you for writing your review. As luck would have it, while I was on my ladder removing a birds nest I spotted an area whereby mice were gaining entry into my clients home. The issue wasn't even apparent until I went inside and located the droppings which were visible in key areas of the basement. To me the mice were a bigger problem than the birds. After all mice are responsible chewing on wires, plastic water lines, spread germs, and hence are known to cause anguish for many a homeowner. Since I was already at the house I took care of it. I typically include a quick free inspection on all my jobs as a courtesy to my clients. To me I figure why not it usually doesn't take up to much of my time as I'm there anyways. As an added benefit I gives me more practice which just makes me a better exterminator. Joe
