Thought I would try Taunton Pools this year to open my pool. They came, removed the safety cover, added chemicals and left. They did not vacuum the pool or wash down the pool deck, all services that have been proved by other pool companies I have used. Their excuse was that they don't have the time. Too many pool to open. However, they charge more than other pool companies but only do half the job. Expected better based on their cost. I was going to buy my heat pump from Taunton Pools but am concerned they will once again only do half the job. Will look elsewhere for equipment and services in the future.
