Thoughtful, Responsive, and a Job well done
We've worked with tens of small businesses/contractors over the past 2 years building our new home. Finding high integrity people who take pride in their work can sometimes be difficult but Rick is one of the most responsive and thoughtful folks I've had the pleasure of working with. He took the time to explain how the sprinkler installation was going go, ensuring I knew the tradeoffs between options I had chosen, and before leaving carefully walked me through how to use the new system and why he'd selected certain settings.
