An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I found Dinko to be very professional, personable and eager. The moving experience is never without its stresses, but Augusta Movers did a good job to keep our stress levels at a minimum. I would recommend being clear—with any contractor—about expectations before any job, but Dinko was understanding and accommodating as we raised questions or concerns throughout the day. I recommended Augusta Movers to my parents when they needed a mover... I think that's about as good of an endorsement as I can give.
