Kevin the technician was excellent in his work and professionalism. He explained to us what he was doing and the outcome of his work. He also pointed out that our humidifier which had been recently installed had been left on the "summer" setting but recommended that we put it to the "winter" setting for a little bit longer while we were still using our furnace. In fact we had not changed the setting because it had been recently installed and set that way by the installer so we would not have noticed if Kevin had not pointed it out.
