We wanted to install an electric sub panel from our basement to our garage to electrify our EV charger and future proofing my garage. We reached out to Eryc, and he gave us a tentative quote, that was competitive, but slightly on the higher side. However, as they say, you get what you pay for. We paid for great, timely work and that is exactly what we got. Santiago the electrician came dot on time, (in fact, he was outside waiting for 15 mins) very pleasant and gave us options and then his recommendations. His recommended running the wire from one end of the house to the other, through the soffits, a brilliant suggestion. He came a couple of days later and installed the subpanel and the charger. It was duly certified by the city. The cable is hidden and there was no mess to clean up or repairs to the ceilings. Note: none of the "cheaper" options had talked about getting a permit. CMI Solar insisted on it. They were on time, and pleasant to work with. My suggestions and thoughts were taken into account during the whole process. Would I recommend CMI Solar- 100% yes.
