This company and their customer service is a joke. They charge $80+tax just for the visit. If you have them diagnose, it rises to $322 all in. I paid $322 for a tech to spend 30 mins total in my home to me that I have a faulty convection element. He advised me that the part would cost $254 plus tax, he said that it was on back order and wouldn't be available for several weeks. When I asked him for an image / specs of the product, so that I could order it myself, he refused to provide it, and told me to take it up with the parts department. I called the parts department on Monday, and they told me that the part won't be available for several weeks, and that it would cost over $500. They still refused to provide any more info than the generic "Convection element" and said that if I order it myself, they won't come back to fix it. I have tried calling 12 different times. Spoken to multiple people, and all they do is make excuses. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
