Great experience. Answered my questions and were prepared to give me an estimate before any service call so I had an idea of what to expect upfront. Tech guy Hardy came and was so friendly and efficient. Came back a few days later with the part and repair was done as smoothly as can be. It has been nearly a week and Dryer is working perfectly.
