I googled highly rated inspectors and came across Accurate Home Inspection. We are so lucky to have met Terra. She is actually what other satisfied customers say about her. She is very thorough. Our realtor was even surprised why Terra is so welcoming for us to join her as she is actually doing the inspection and asking questions along the way. Our realtor mentioned not all inspectors do that since they feel prospective buyers tagging along and asking several questions could drag the time. But Terra is awesome and patient. She was punctual both on the actual inspection and in the delivery of her report. She is very knowledgeable more importantly! Note that this is out of town inspection and Terra was negotiable.
