Conan was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After dealing with 2 companies previously, both didn't have the knowledge nor ability to repair our LG fridge. Conan looked the entire fridge over and for it up and running. We have been without a fridge for over a month, and have it working again! We will definitely use them again! CY-LG:500295
