Would highly recommend Waterloo Appliance to anyone! The technician Matt who came out was very kind, knowledgeable and upfront about the repair. Our dishwasher was acting up and was leaving water at the bottom after a couple loads so I called in and Matt came out and diagnosed it as a drain pump. He let me know this was a very common issue with dishwashers and that it would take very little time for the part to come in. I went ahead with the estimate provided and the very next day the receptionist called and booked me in saying the part had already arrived! He was able to come out within a few days and installed the part. Ive had a few different companies out for various appliances before and I have never had a better experience! They will be the only company I will use from here on out.
