This is our second project with perfecto painting & Renovation. We are extremely satisfied with their perfection level at work. Last project we did 2 full washroom renovation. Replacing baseboards in second floor. drywall in some areas and painting full floor. This project we did kitchen demolition. potlights in kitchen ceilling . Removing drywall in kitchen. Installing backsplash & new floor tiles which was very challenging as the floor is not leveled & Rene has to demolish 3 levels of floor which was there from previous owners. Rene was very patient and professional through the whole process. He always explain the next step for us. Discuss the available options for the situation. Our house is old so there was a lot of chalenges and surpries through the way. He installed for us vanity as well. Replacing all baseboards & painting the whole main floor including popcorn ceiling. Rene always covers all the furniture & keep the area clean while working, then clean again everyday before he leaves. We lived in the house through the renovation period. He always try to accommodate us with best options so we can manage easily. We highly recommend perfecto painting for anyone who is looking for profesional & affordable renovation.
