I called these guys on a weekend because my mom's humidifier was leaking from the intake and I couldn't find the water shutoff. They were straight up about mileage but it never occurred to me they would be so stringent when almost no work was done (all he did was come in and find the shutoff and shut it off - didn't repair the issue or anything). When I gave that feedback, the manager guy was cranky and belligerent. Not customer service. Not impressed.
