Floor vent cover was off. Plastic dog ball went down the vent. Afraid it would get to the furnace and then what? Remembered a friend,Celina works at Legacy! Legacy booked an appointment & Karl calmed our concerns. Also did an inspection & minor tune up as we had recently purchased the house. Karl explained my new home furnace to me & what all the buttons were for! I feel confident & safe knowing our furnace was in good hands!
