We are so happy that we found Oneway Structural and Construction! We started with a long list contractors but glad we chose One way for our project, they were the most responsive to our initial questions and request for a bid, that ultimately our decision to use them was easy. We used them to add an addition to our house, remodel the kitchen and add a mudroom/powder room. A few things really set them apart. First, they were and are so incredibly responsive. Some of the contractors I was given from friends were hardly responsive enough for me to get a consult or a bid. Almost all the other contractors we met with never even followed up with us after providing a bid. That really shocked me considering how much money we were investing in our house. Even now, I wouldnt hesitate to reach out to Oneway if I had a question. Secondly, Wes came up with several creative and cost-cutting ideas to help me achieve the look I wanted. The end result is beautiful and we love our new addition and kitchen. Investing in our home and using Oneway was the best decision we couldve made. Lastly and most importantly, they are truly a kind, decent, hard-working company! When you hire a contractor to do work in your home, you are inviting them into your life for an extended period of time. I didn't take it lightly that whoever we hired would be in and out of my house for months, interacting with my kids and creating a space that my family would enjoy for many, many years ahead.  Downsides? We experienced a couple of delays, but that was more due to outside companies and not Oneway (the gas company needing to move our meter was a huge frustration) Again, Wes and his crew never left us hanging or were delayed in responding to our questions or concerns.
