I've used Katia's cleaning services for over two years now (less than two and a half years though) and she comes in once a week to help me. With 3 kids at home I need her organization skills. She's very trustworthy, sometimes I'm home and sometimes I'm not but I leave her my key. When I come back home I open the door and everything is well done and I feel welcomed back because everything is wonderful. I don't even have to leave her a note because she always just knows what needs to be done. I'm very happy with her and she's very reliable. I only give her a 9 (a high 9) because this way she has room to grow but when she's not around I miss her.
