The favourable aspect of this company were the two installers today.They were very personable and quite polite and professional. I waited longer than I should have considering the installers took 45 minutes to complete the task at hand.

DGU's are taking longer than usual at this time. However, that is no excuse for not communicating to our customers. We strive for the best customer service possible. The owner and his crew were the hardest working men I've seen.They just kept working even my neighbours commented on their work ethics.The job took 4 days and each and everyday they cleaned up around the house for the next day's work. They did a wonderful job on the siding eaves troughs etc and capping of windows was perfect right down to the caulking.I would not hesitate to refer Prestige aluminum and siding to family and friends and his quote was a lot less than the other 6 quotes.Very honest and were willing to work with us on a few issues I had with my home.A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! Recent service call November 16,2020 Our region experienced a devastating wind storm for many in our area.We noticed that two pieces just under the soffit came off to no fault of their own installation from what I was told.The piece that came off cannot be secured has much to sll for flexing and movement. So I contacted Sam and with in an hour his friendly crew arrived and within 30 minutes the job was done. This is exceptional after service which is highly important.This company stands behind their workmanship and be rest assured Sam from Prestige aluminum has your back!!!Thank you Sam and your crew for a wonderful experience!!! On a side not I cannot understand why someone gave him a zero for not responding for an issue since Sam showed up within 1 hour!!!There must be more to the story and I've recommended his company to a few friends in the market for his particular line of work!!! DONT judge by one review please consider the vast amount of 10 out of 10 reviews instead.

well looks like scott gets a bad rap for customer service and I agree when it comes to his wife's demeaner she is a *itch but when it comes to the work he performs by his crew i give him a 9.0 only if he cleaned up better after his job.My roof has been on since 2006 and I would recommend him again as long as you are there to watch the work from start to finish you are fine. If you offer him cash he works faster.
