He personally delivered a large part of the contract himself together with his experienced workers throughout several complex contract stages making adjustments on the go based on new requirements arising. A large part of the project incorporated cathedral ceilings with highly finished wooden surfaces and over 80 windows and doors having sophisticated fenestration and trim details.
