Brad took my unfinished basement and completely finished it. The space is unrecognizable. He listened to what I wanted, talked things through with me to make sure to get it right for me. Brad did the following for my project: -framing, insulation, subfloor, -drywall, baseboards, crown molding, -reinforced staircase, replaced treads, installed bannister and newel post to code. -cut down interior doors to fit -worked around lots of obstacles in my 70 year old home to give me as much of my limited 7 ft ceiling height -cut custom window frame for multiple windows -installed vinyl plank flooring I know have about 1000sq ft extra useable space. Brad takes pride in his work and I'd hire him again any day.
