I called for new waterline connection for my new fridge. The appointment was on the night we had the heavy snow storm at 6 pm. He called saying he will be late due to heavy snow. I told him if not safe, we can do it later as this is not urgent. He was dedicated and wanted to honor his word and showed up at 6:30 pm. He did a professional work. I asked if he has time and parts to fix my leaking sink. He checked his vehicle and had the parts and fixed the sink as well. All with reasonable price compare to other quotations I had for the waterline installation. I had good experience with this company and highly recommend.
