Rosalind and her team were top notch the entire time we dealt with them. Clearing out my Mother-in-law's home was a very emotionally charged experience and it could have been very stressful. Rosalind and her team went out of their way to ensure my husband and I were taken care of and had the easiest time possible. From the initial meeting and quote with Rosalind, to the team spending the day packing up the entire house, to the moving team bringing items where they needed to go (donation or our storage locker) - everyone was efficient, cheerful, sensitive, and knowledgeable. We did not have to help - they did it all. In fact, we even left the house to have some down time and grab some coffee a few times. The entire process took 2 days and this was money well, well spent. Should the need arise, we would not hesitate to use Simply Home again. Thank you Rosalind and team!

Working with Jamie and his entire crew - Raj, Alistair, and Tony- was a pleasure from start to finish. We had a difficult project as we live in a condo and we were the first residents to install an awning on a terrace. This was treading new ground for the condo board. Jamie worked with us to provide whatever we needed from him to obtain approval. He provided shop drawings which met with the structural engineers approval. He is a creative thinker and we appreciated him problem solving with us. He realized our awning had to be manufactured in 2 pieces so it would fit in the elevator and then be assembled on site. He was always professional, friendly, creative and communicative. The entire system needed to be installed with bolts in exact locations so as to bypass existing rebar in the condo structure. On assembly day, the crew came and installed the entire system without any issues. They were friendly, knowledgeable and wanted to ensure we were pleased with the final operating result. All in all this was an excellent experience. I would not hesitate recommending Jamie and his team for anyones awning needs.
