After our water heater burst, our basement needed renovation. We called in multiple contractors, including contractors recommended to us by our insurance company, to provide us a quote to repair and renovate our basement. None of them were as thorough or professional as Birk Homes. Although they weren't the cheapest quote we received, we felt their attention to detail and quality, coupled with their ability to understand our vision and provide their perspective was the differentiating factor for us. We had done renos in the past where the lowest price ended up costing more in the long run. We followed up on a couple of their referrals and decided to move forward with them. Best decision we ever made! Gave us a 3 week window about a month out, showed up on time, and completed the project on time and just shy of our max budget. We even had a project post-partum where they walked us through all the work that was done which was incredibly reassuring. Incredibly kind and easy to work with from start to finish.
