Overall my experience was great. The technician (Ali) who came looked like he knew what he was doing and he was very friendly. He explained me the issue and told me the charges breakdown of the part and labour. They also give warranty on their parts and repairs which is great. My dryer is now heating up and drying clothes properly. Would definitely recommend these guys!
