Our furnace broke down very early Sunday morning and the house was extremely cold. This was a big concern for us since our special needs son was ill with bronchitis. We left a message with Air Heating Plus and within minutes we had a return call. An hour later, the technician, Renato, was at our home to assess the problem. Within less than 24 hours the vent motor was replaced on our furnace and our home was toasty again. Renato was extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He went out of his way to get the necessary parts from Oshawa otherwise we would have had to wait 3 extra days for parts. We were charged very fairly especially with it being on a weekend. We are very pleased with the service from Air Heating Plus Ltd. and would use them again and recommend them to anyone. Sandra M. Oakville
