Overcharges, dubious invoices, mediocre finishes, hardwood floors unecessarily damaged and unacceptable costly delays; but the worst part was the disrespect from one of the firm's partners to my wife. We had to look for a lawyer to deal with them and hire a second contractor to finish the job.
