We purchased a memory foam matress which cost over $1000 in the 12 months we have had it it has sunk badly in the centre. Sears sent out a 'Bed Tester' who themselves said that the matress should be replaced as was defective, but on submittal of their report to Sears decided that as the central sagging when unoccupied was slightly less than 2" they would not replace it. Disgusted
