I was charged $1700 to repair spring, hinges, and rollers on an 8 by 7 garage door. Based on the price of this hardware and labor I was overcharged. The job took and hour and a half, and multiple times workers did not show up when scheduled and I had to call several times. I have been trying to speak to management, and every time I speak with someone they promise to have the manager contact me and it never happens. I am currently on my third attempt of trying to contact someone. This company contracts to other companies to do the work causing lack of communication and efficiency. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!!
