BlackBird Roofing did our roof a few years back. Originally it all looked out. 1 year ago some singles went missing. Tried contacting them over the winter no response. Finally in the spring the responded and came to replace the missing singles. No a year later the same singles are missing and a few in a different t location on the roof. Contacted them dec 3 of 22. No response. Tried again 1 week later. No response. Finally today Jan 5 I had to hire a company to make the repairs to avoid further roof damage. Even if there had been some cost it would have been ok if minimum. Just ignoring the customer is unprofessional
