Fabio earned my trust as after speaking with other plumbers, he was the only one who recommended I called Moen for the kitchens faucet lifetime warranty. Other plumbers wanted me to sell the faucet at a high price. Besides his transparency, Fabio came to my place twice and in the first time he spent a good amount of time diagnosing the leaking issue and he tried to fix it first replacing the hose which he bought from Home Depot but this didn't work as the leaking was embedded in the faucets internal body so he determined that I might be better off calling Moen for the warranty. Fabio even helped me with the warranty process with Moen as he took a video of the leaking (which was quite difficult to see) and he shared the video with me and I sent it to Moen customer service. I think that the 200 I paid to Fabio are well worth it as he spent a good amount of time in the first diagnosis visit to identify the cause of the leaking and then he paid by himself for the hose and then he came a second time to my place to replace the faucet and everything was very smooth. Fabio made me save a good amount of money by recommending using the warrant as opposed to trying to upsell me a faucet. Fabio's willingness to provide a great service based on his technical experience and his empathy with my budget was outstanding and as such I highly recommend him as a plumber.
