Dissapointed

Last year the service was EXCELLENT! This year it's gotten off on the very wrong foot!! We've only had to have the snow cleaned twice so far and the first time they only plowed the center of the driveway and the guy showed up very late after our calling to complain it wasn't done! This time the guy again left a large part of the driveway not cleaned, came back after calling to complain and still didn't get it right and the guy that cleans the walk never came. On the 3rd day of waiting to have our walkway cleaned and after sending many messages the new owner (which we were not aware had bought the company) came himself and cleaned the walkway and explained how due to sudden ilness of staff we were left stranded. We are giving them another chance to get up to par before quitting because of the fact that we were so impressed with the service last year and hoping very much that it gets back up to those standards.
