This is an online company that makes drapes and blinds and at first i was very worried that the custom made blinds would not fit. I went online and they had lots of choices. I ordered samples of the wooden and fabric blinds and the sample came within 5 days. They have an online chat where you can ask questions and they are super helpful. The online customer lady I dealt with was Rudal. I then gave it a try and ordered for one window first just to make sure. It was custom made and was shipped to my door within 2 weeks. Installation was simple with instructions. And the blinds look fabulous. I???????????????????????????????????????????????????.?? was amazed. for that price slightly less then $2000 for the main floor and top floor. I did shop around here in Vancouver BC and custom made blinds were well above $10K. The store in Vancouver BC said its because my main floor is 10 foot ceiling and blinds width and length over 72 inches are considered expensive because lots of companies don't make them. All my main floor blinds were either 96 inches or 84 inches in width or length. I????????????????????????.

Nibaldo and his team installed the kitchen cabinet. He was very helpful. As this is a new house that we are building. He directed us to the seller of the cabinet which is down on Mar. The showroom had lots of choices. He gave suggestions and opinion. The installation took 1 day.

He did an ok job on the pavement. But he was very demanding realized that afterward he wanted to do the fencing as well which was not necessary. Also, Nibaldo talks to much and he thinks too highly of himself as the only professional who does pavement. We found him through a posting at a community center. he redone the pavement walkway and sidewalk. The price included the cement. However, I find that we initially agreed on a set price of $3,000 but then he said he had to redo certain area due to the elevation and the uneven of the cracks between the sidewalk.

We called a couple companies for price estimate and later we settled with Cedar Coast Fence Ltd. How we decided to go with Cedar was because of the BBB rating. They did a pretty good job. We wanted an aluminum black fence around our building. The pricing was reasonable. The price was reasonable because we had him to do the concrete flooring before the fence would be screwed on. We had the fence near the beginning of the 2012 year and today it is still very sturdy. One of the problems we had were people would lock their bike on the fence. Therefore, the fence must also be able to take the weight of bikes. Nick was awesome, we called him up and the work took less then 3 days to complete. Which is quite fast in terms of a building like oursize. We called them up and they pretty much started right away we agreed to give them the business. Nick did not require a deposit to start, unlike some of the other companies. I am very satisfied with the fence. Thank-you
