Even though the quote from Dan / Celluloseman was higher, I chose to proceed with him because of the thorough pre-inspection, knowledge and guidance provided by Dan. He was also very kind enough to hold on to his original quote, despite my delayed confirmation of the job. On the first of a three day project, David and his team arrived on time. They prepared and set up the work area without any unnecessary disturbance to the rest of the house. They carried out the entire job very efficiently and effectively.
