We recently replaced the windows during a renovation of our new home. After verifying a few different places we selected BuildMart as they had great service, timelines, responsiveness and a competitive price for a great product. We worked with Richard and he was quick to come by and check out the project and provide us a quote. The arrival and installation were on time and they were great at communicating with us for this aspect of the project. Alex came by to do the final measurements himself. We replaced 8 windows and 1 patio door. The installation crew is great as well and they are all very organized in that office. It is hard to come by windows and this was a major step in our project before we could move forward and they delivered what they promised. We are still waiting on a door replacement from them as well. A family member of mine has also used them and was very pleased as well. I would use Build Mart again in the future and recommend them! We had a chimney in our 1970's home and it had cause flood damage in the attic and was causing some issues in the basement. After much consideration, we opted to remove the chimney all together as it brought so many issues and would have been costly to fix and no one could advise on the main problem. We hired Thierry's team to complete the demolition, Thierry was very responsive and flexible and provided a competitive price. They came on the set date and completed the work in 1 day, they also connected us with a great carpenter (additional cost) that helped rebuild the side of the home where the chimney was removed, the process with the demolition and rebuild was 2 days and end result is great. The site was clean afterwards and the crew was great.
