An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I was very happy with the Home Inspection conducted by Vito. We requested DSM's services twice, for two home inspections. The infrared thermal scan was helpful in detecting missing insulation in some parts of the home. The scan also confirmed that there was no hidden moisture present throughout the home. Vito was extremely helpful when it came to providing me with sound advice on repairs needed for the pool. Vito’s experience as a landlord was also useful in providing me with advice on the basement apartment that was in this particular home. He was also quite fair in his assessment of the home, his opinions and suggestions. I would recommend DSM Property Services Inc to anyone looking for a home inspection.
