My furnace and thermostat were wired to heat only. Dave replaced my thermostat with a newer model, and got the furnace to operate the fan independently. The job was quick and painless, and it's really helped get some air circulation and filtration, especially with all the forest fire smoke in the air this year.

I had recently purchased a house, and upon inspection, we learned that the majority of the outlets were wired backwards, and there were no GFCI outlets. Dave was able to make it to my new home on possession day to get them sorted and wired properly and quickly. I am very grateful for his great communication, professionalism, and knowledge. I would definitely call him again for any other HVAC work I need done.
