Dastjerdi Ltd. is a company that has restored my faith in contractors. He came to my home to tile a 6X8 bathroom (a job I struggled to find anyone to do). He was prompt with both his work and communications. He even prompted follow-up communications. He answered all my questions and even anticipated some of the ones that I might have. He was really clear about the work he was going to do versus what I had to do (ex: I was responsible for choosing and buying my tile). This made me feel at ease. He was also flexible as after the initial consult, I asked if heated floors could also be done and the appropriate changes were made to the estimate and timeline. At the end of the job, he left me with clear instructions and showed me all the work that had been done (He even caulked around my bathtub, because he saw it needed to be done). I would choose them again for my next renovation project.
