I had been having troubles with my front door handle set. Nick came in and was very thorough to explain why I was having the problems and also dissected the lock to get it working as well as its ever been. Nick was very detailed and made sure everything was working to my satisfactory before he left.

We had a few contractors in for pricing and suggestions to add an extra floor for an office along with an ensuite extension. we choose Cale based on our comfort with the pricing and his collaborative approach to the project. I made a few special requests along the way with regards to materials, design ideas (Lighted wall for example) and Cale and team were extremely patient and resourceful. Upon completion, we were extremely happy with the design and quality of the finished rooms. Even after - I noticed a few touch up areas which I called Cale about and he was promptly responsive to fixing. The project was complete as per budget and there were no surprises financially in the end. We would definitely use Duguay works again.
