When they came to give a quote it was half of what I paid. There were a lot of unfilled spaces on the quote which should have been a red flag. They pushed for a hefty deposit before discussing any layout. Work was subcontracted and disorganized, where each labourer charged their own fortune. The finished project was ok, however about 50% more than we thought we were spending. Very overpriced for the work completed especially considering we bought our own vanity and fixtures.

As the scope of work increases on a project and the materials are upgraded, the price will increase.
With any changes, we are very clear; pricing is always approved in advance.
All items in this project were selected approved and signed off prior to initializing the added items.
We have a customer communication portal that allows 100% clarity along with a downloadable phone app to keep up to date with your project.
The client here did not reciprocate the communication. There were several instances of correspondence road blocks.
We do not feel this feedback is fair as it suggests that additional charges were not clear.
All that aside, we really hope you are enjoying your new space.
