My year end inspection was coming in as I needed to submit a report to Tarion. I asked Manjur from Reliable Home Inspections to do the inspection urgently on Aug 12th as I needed to submit the report by 16th. Tarion was not going to extend the deadline and I was really worried as there were some leftover and new issues with my newly built home. Manjur really helped and did the inspection understanding the urgency, doing it on 14th and sending me the report by the same day as I had to add some items on my own. I submitted the report in due time. He also found several other issues which needs to get resolved and covered by my year-end warranty. I would highly recommend Manjur and his company for home inspections.
