We are very pleased with the tree pruning work completed by Twelve Oaks Tree Service and the high level of customer service exhibited by this company! Katina was very attentive and ensured that the work done to the tree addressed our concerns. She kept us updated with scheduling and arrival times of her team. The entire team, Justin, Zack and Payton, were professional, highly skilled and a pleasure to deal with with. The work area was completely cleaned after completion of the job!
