Absolutely top notch. Vahn was meticulous, knowledgeable and very professional. He identified issues that we never would have noticed, some of which need correction to avoid longer term problems. He also took the time to educate us as potential home owners on how to handle maintenance and upkeep. In the past I have made offers on homes without an inspection but never again! Also, go for the thermographic scan. It revealed issues that would never be detected with the naked eye. Well worth it!
