Fantastic service. Quick to return all phone calls. Was able to fit us in in less than a week from my original call. Called the morning of to let me know he was going to be 15 minutes late, and arrived right when he said he would. Job was done quickly and cleanly. Was able to suggest the cleanest and most inexpensive route to install the line through to the backyard, and worked with us to have both an external and internal shut off installed in easy to reach places, but out of reach from our child. Gas was off for a minimum amount of time while the work was done, and Mike re-lit all our pilot lights afterwards and stayed around the make sure all the air was out of the lines. One of our fireplaces had difficulty staying lit. He sat down and explained the likely cause (a worn out thermocouple) and suggested a colleague who could do the repair. Made sure everything was working appropriately before he left, even though he had another job to get to. Very knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly.
