I was so impressed with the service provided by Elite. We were about 6 months out of 1 year warranty when our LG ice maker stopped working. I called LG who offered to set up and pay for the service fees and I could pay for the parts which I was happy to accept!. Within hours I heard from Elite to set up a service appointment just days away. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and advised us that the ice maker needed to be repaired and would send a quote which arrived before 24 hours. The quote for the part was better than we could find so we accepted and they had to order in the part. We received calls to set up the install time followed by text and email confirmation of the time, we got a call 10 min before the technician was to arrive and this one was also very professional and efficient.
