I needed a cap for my chimney so I called the company. Tech came the day after. He was very honest and professional. After taking the measurements, he told me that the cap will be ready in 3 days. Cap was ready on time.

I called Braither's to repair my dishwasher because it would continuously run and not shut off. They sent a technician the next day and it turned out to be the timer. They luckily had the timer I needed in their van and installed it. They charged me for the service call which was $44.90 and the timer which was $40. I found them to be very honest and helpful and recommend them to all.
