Jordan provided the electrical work for a complete remodel of a 4 storey townhouse, including: - relocation of wiring, outlets and switches due to removal of a wall between the kitchen and dining room - new wiring for extended kitchen counters and new island - electrical panel changes due to the above - wiring for new ceiling lights in living room and two bedrooms - relocation of light fixtures in washrooms - installation of new LED fixtures in almost every room - permits and inspections Initial pricing was competitive, and costing for scope additions was reasonable.
